Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Refund Eligibility Refunds are only applicable for:
● Products damaged during shipping
● Incorrect product delivered
● Expired or tampered packages
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence of the issue.

Please note: After opening and using the product, it will not be returned. Also, in case of a refund, we require a full unboxing video of the product as part of the claim process.
