A2 Milk

A2 cow milk is also known as desi cow milk and is produced by Cows that have only a2 beta casein protein such as Gir,Sahiwal,Kankrej,Kosali. We have village level collection which includes 10 to15 nearby villages from where we procure our a2 milk from over 200 farmers. Once mlik reach our plant it goes for the quality testing in our milk lab. after quality assurance milk goes for the Pasteurisation process and bottling once bottling is done, it leaves for home delivery immediately with no delay.

Malai Paneer

Kaivalya Fresh Paneer involves standardization of milk, heat treatment, coagulation, draining of whey, pressing, dipping in chilled water and packging. Paneer can be eaten raw as well with just a sprinkle of black pepper and salt. Paneer contains a host of nutrients like calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin a & vitamin b12. The high quality protein in paneer provides the body with essential building blocks for strong muscles, which is important throughout life and specifically beneficial for athletes and the elderly. it is highly recommended to use paneer for good source of protein, build stronger teeth & helps burn more fat.
